Each piece of Urethane Floor Bunding is 1m long, 150mm wide and 25mm high. Bunded areas can be quickly configured by combining the use of lengths and corner pieces. Where required, the urethane lengths can be cut to size on site.

HOW TO INSTALL URETHANE FLOOR BUNDING

Installation is simple. Minimum tools are required and the urethane bunding can be cut easily. Each length and corner of urethane bund is manufactured with pre-molded points for bolts to assist with installation. The required bunded areas can be easily configured using the moulded 90° corner pieces.  We recommend using 1 tube of adhesive sealant per 3m of urethane bunding.

  • Ensure the surface under the floor bunding is appropriate
  • Clean the surface so it’s free of anything that could affect adhesion
  • Layout your bunding to determine you have enough materials
  • Cut lengths as required to custom fit your layout
  • Layout the bunding using a chalk line and leave a 2-3mm gap in between lengths (for expansion)
  • Pre-drill holes for the concrete fasteners
  • Vacuum away the dust
  • (optional) Apply adhesive sealant to the bottom of the floor bunding and adhere to ground surface
  • Insert the concrete screws
  • Once the lengths are installed, run a bead of adhesive sealant along both sides where it meets the ground and in the gap between the lengths
  • Allow the adhesive to cure before using the bunding
• Each piece is 1mL x 150mmW x 25mmH with predrilled holes, supplied with 6 screw anchors (8mm x 60mm)
• 90 Degree Corner piece is 200mmL x 200mmL, 150mmW, 25mmH with predrilled holes, supplied with 4 screw anchors (8mm x 60mm)
