Biodegradable Coir Bag – 90cm x 50cm

Biodegradable Coir Bags can be filled with mulch or rock. These coir bags are also used as oyster bags to reduce foreshore erosion and create fish habitat by promoting the restoration of living oyster reefs and protect from wave breaks.

By packing old oyster shells into biodegradable coconut fibre bags, the bags help reduce erosion and siltation along the shore, while also restoring the shellfish population and providing a new habitat for other marine life.
